To date I am now entering the third week, and still no closer to existence able to install 365 Office Home Premium, even though I have repeatedly request aid from MS. The question is, how long does it take before I can use MS Office 365 Home Premium on my PC, without receiving a prompt on my screen that informs me that the MS program has a problem.

i has the same event similar you. i installing an office 2013 thru purchased on US website and it hang on the office that have historic period to install. then i try many way until i found a quick solution which are:
Repair an Office awarding

I feel your hurting.
It took me ii and a half hours simply to become me signed into my Microsoft Business relationship, then the download page went down for "maintenance". So I tried the next twenty-four hours where information technology actually let me get to the download office. This took ane hour forty five minutes with about a inch of the download bar to go it decided my net was no longer connected.
And then I am wondering whether or not I will see Halley's comet pass before I get my Microsoft Office 365 to download and be installed.

mine was being "repaired" remotley past Microsoft, 9 hours later I turned the PC off. At present I've uninstalled it, iii hours later and I am now reinstalling information technology. For the terminal hour the slider showing progress hasnt moved.

I besides am experiencing installation trouble with Role 365 personal. Over 1 hour 30 minutes take passed and screen nonetheless says- getting things ready. Online conversation assistance blames internet speed. Other downloads practise not give problems, so why Office 365??
The download progress too does not get displayed, which is further irritating.

I too am experiencing a download error, grrr. What happen to the good days when we could insert a cd? This is so frustrating. If I would accept known I was going to take this problem I would non have bought this.
And yep, the download progress makes me more angry because it is not displayed, I had to wait for the fault observe.
Very painful :(

I started installing Office Dwelling & Business 2016 on my new purchased Dell XPS 8900 last dark at vii:30 and this morning time still not washed.
I call back it was a downgrade product from previous version. Not satisfied at all.
