HORRIBLE experience so far

I just got my Habitation Internet modem, and that is the simply thing that is working as I'd expect. This app is just barely one step in a higher place useless. Starting time, I use it on iPad, only there is no iPad version, then it's just the phone version, which makes me think I it's an old app that hasn't really been updated in a while.
